The company is first registered in Nyon on 12 December 1966 under the name of ABC Taxis Cochet, led by René Marcel Cochet. The fleet consists of three 1960-model Ford 20M cars.
The company buys its first portable phone, made by SImonssen.
The company installs its first central switchboard.
The company installs its first computer, an IBM AT PC.
The company acquires Taxis Arc-en-Ciel S.A. ("Rainbow Taxis Ltd") on 22 May 1992. The nominated corporate administrator is Remy René Cochet, who is the son of René Marcel Cochet.
The company's registered name is changed, and Taxis Arc-en-Ciel S.A. becomes ABC Taxis Cochet S.A. on 6 August 2001.
The land and buildings located at 66 route de Divonne, Nyon, are purchased on 17 March 2003. The business carried out renovations required to support offices, a canteen, and facilities to clean vehicles in the fleet.
The new premises are officially opened on 28 April 2004. A server is connected to the telephone switchboard, allowing more flexibility when managing telephone calls.
The company hires two full-time mechanics, and makes modifications to the garage to allow them to carry out their own vehicle maintenance.
The fleet now consists of 29 taxis, five limousines, and five minibuses.
